We designed and built a full agentic AI platform that orchestrates thousands of synthetic students powered by local large language models. Each night the system runs parallel simulations: agents study the exact course canon with realistic memory variance and probabilistic forgetting, then sit complete assessments mapped one-to-one to every performance criterion, knowledge evidence item, and learning outcome. A meta-optimiser analyses every failure, proposes purely additive improvements (re-sequencing, scaffolding examples, new practice items), and a dedicated guardrail agent enforces 100% rubric coverage before any change is finalised. The platform then auto-generates high-utility outputs — Word documents with native tracked changes, SCORM packages, adaptive quizzes, and full accreditation reports.
